CONTRACT
When an order is placed with Tronic Extreme, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. However, this order only construes your offer to purchase a product from us. This offer is only formally accepted by Tronic Extreme when we send you an email confirmation to inform you that your order has been dispatched by our chosen agent. This email is also known as the Dispatch Confirmation Email. Any orders which have not been confirmed by a Dispatch Confirmation Email will not construe a contract.
PAYMENT
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Voucher, Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you Order online you must pay by credit card.
Tronic Extreme Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed online at tronicextreme.co.uk or by phone within 1 year of purchase and cannot be used for Orders already placed.
- If the value of the Order exceeds the value of the tronicextreme.co.uk gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- Unused balances will be held within the recipient’s voucher for the same period.
- Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
- If you have received a promotional gift voucher from tronicextreme.co.uk, only one such Gift Voucher may be redeemed per purchase.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We hold stock of most of our products but all Orders are subject to availability and accordingly, we can only Deliver Your Goods whilst stocks last. In some cases, an order will be placed directly with the manufacturer and will be subject to their availability. If the Goods are unavailable, We will contact You by e-mail or telephone and You will have the option to either wait until the Goods are available, replace them with alternative goods or cancel Your Order. Images of products on this Website are for illustrative purposes only. Your Goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the Website and will not include any of the pictured accessories unless stated in the specification of the Goods. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this Website. However, we cannot guarantee that Your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual Goods. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on this Website are approximate.
DELIVERY
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Tronic Extreme shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Tronic Extreme. However, unless we have agreed to a longer period for delivery with you, we will either deliver goods and/or services within thirty days of you placing the order or we will let you know as soon as it will not be possible to meet this obligation. If we do let you know then we will either agree on a new time for delivery with you or, at your request, refund any monies paid by you in respect of the delayed goods/services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancelling or Returning an Unwanted Item.
We know that you will always be satisfied with our products, however in an unlikely event you wish to cancel and order or return an item, you are able to do so within 7 days of receiving an item.
We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please contact us at [email protected] stating the reason for the return, we will then inform you of a returns number, which you will need to attach to the item along with the proof of purchase when you return it. Please make sure that all items are in their original brand new condition, any item(s) not in a brand new condition will not be classed as new and therefore you will not receive a full refund for the product, only a partial refund can be issued. Please find our returns address below when returning goods Faulty or Damaged Goods.
In an unlikely event you receive your goods or faulty, please contact us immediately. You can either contact us using our contact us section on the website or sending an email directly to [email protected]. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.  You must inform us of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receiving our products, after this period of time, no refund or return will be accepted nor given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in AS NEW Condition. Any items which show any signs of wear and tear will not be accepted AS NEW and will be accepted as second hand, in this case, an appropriate offer will be made to you. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the items being returned. If you require a refund before this time please email us and we will try to speed up the process. We are not responsible for the return cost of an item to us, and nor will we refund this payment, you will only be refunded the payment made to us.
PRICING
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website
TYPOGRAPHICAL AND PRICING ERRORSÂ
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
