Delivery FAQ

 

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery in the UK is Free on all orders, delivery is always Next Day or
1st Class on smaller items. Our aim is to always get your item to
you as fast as possible. (For Trade Customers, a Delivery Cost May Apply, and will be Visible at Checkout)

 Can I Collect?

When you go to the checkout, there will be an option to collect your
item, please select this option and we will prepare your item for collection, and notify you once it is ready to collect.

 When Will My Item Be Dispatched?

All items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same
day. If you need to order after this time and have your item dispatched
immediately, please call us to see if there any arrangements we can make.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone, to let you know of a delay period.

 How Fast Will I Receive My Item?

Most items are sent by courier on a next day delivery, however some
smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, this usually means
you will receive you item within 1-2 days. If you need your item urgently
please call us. 

At checkout you will find further options to allow you to speed up your delivery, including time specific delivery options.

 Will My Item Packed Correctly?

We pack all of our items securely to make sure when you receive them;
they are free from any damages during delivery. However is some instances we
cannot control what happens during transit, so if there is any damage to your
item, please inform us immediately.

 Can I Track My Order?

90% of our items are track able and have a tracking number, if you
provide an email address or valid mobile number during checkout, you will
receive updates on when you will receive your item.

Sometimes Couriers will email/text you an hour window of delivery allowing you to know exactly when your item will arrive.

 Do I Need To Sign For My Item?

Sometimes you will need to sign for your item, if you are not available to sign for your item, the courier may leave a calling card allowing you rearrange delivery, or they may leave your item with a neighbour.

Sometimes our couriers will email/text you to let you know of a delivery time, you are then able to change delivery dates, or ask them to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

What if I need to return an item? 

Our returns policy is based on a 7 Day period, you may return an item within 7 days of receiving it for a Full refund or an exchange. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received when sending it back to us. All return costs will need ot be beared by the customer. If you receive a faulty item we will bear the cost and send a replacment out as soon as we receive the faulty item.
